Eftim Eftimov
President
Eftim Eftimov has an impressive track record of introducing innovation, spanning over ten years in the automotive tech industry. Eftim is the President of Ship.Cars with expertise not only rooted in his practical experience but also backed by a strong academic foundation. He is a proud graduate of Stanford’s ‘Innovative Technology Leader’ program and holds an Executive MBA from the prestigious American University in Bulgaria, further solidifying his business acumen.
Justin McCarthy
VP of Business Development
Justin McCarthy joined Ship.Cars as the Vice President of Business Development to focus on creating and distributing innovative digital transportation products for the automotive industry.
With many industry challenges, Justin’s passion lies in helping companies replace their inefficient, traditional offline processes with technological solutions that streamline operations and reduce costs for their vehicle transportation efforts.
Before joining Ship.Cars, Justin spent 13 years at CARFAX as a Director of Business Development. During his tenure, he led a team that integrated CARFAX products and services into consumer-facing automotive websites and backend dealer platforms. Justin’s career began at AOL, where he took on various roles in Finance, Strategy, and Business Development, managing content licensing for the Sports, News, and Weather channels.
Vlad Kadurin
Chief Product Officer
Vlad Kadurin is a visionary product leader with a strong track record of driving consistent innovation in the auto logistics industry. With a robust technical background, he has previously served as an Engineering Manager and Head of Mobile Development at leading technology companies. Vlad holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Software Engineering, as well as a Ph.D. in Machine Learning. He also shares his expertise as an Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Sofia. His forward-thinking approach and dedication to cutting-edge solutions have shaped the development of transformative products that empower businesses and drive efficiency.
Stiliyan Kolev
Chief Technology Officer
Stiliyan Kolev joined Ship.Cars as Chief Technology Officer in June 2025. He brings over a decade of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, including his most recent role as CTO of Offerista Group. Stiliyan has a track record of guiding teams through digital transformation and modernizing cloud-based systems. He is passionate about continuous learning and keeps up with emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation.
With a lifelong interest in the automotive industry, Stiliyan is excited to apply his technical expertise in a field he loves. Outside of work, he maintains an active, healthy lifestyle – often cycling, hiking, or hitting the gym – and he channels that same energy into exploring new ideas and innovations in technology.
